NOW® GTF Chromium is a biologically active form of chromium known as chromium nicotinate glycinate. This form is also known as "Glucose Tolerance Factor" (GTF) because it is most similar to the form that was originally isolated from a food source.

Take 1 tablet 1 to 2 times daily with food.

Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid(vegetable source), vegetarian coating [hypromellose(cellulose), stearic acid (vegetable source), sunflower lecithin,triethyl citrate] and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
