FAQs

  • Most orders are shipped within 2 hour of being placed. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled by HiLife Vitamins. After receiving the order, please start the return process by contacting one of our agents. Refunds will be granted once the items are returned in their original condition.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be delivered after tracking shows it has shipped. We suggest contacting the carrier directly for the latest status of your order or to update your address.
  • Multiple orders were placed in a short period of time. To help prevent customs delays and fees, HiLife Vitamins will only release one order at a time and temporarily hold other shipments when multiple orders are placed within 24 hours of each other.

  • HiLife Vitamins is experiencing higher order volumes. Contact us below to know if they are any delay notifications at this time.

  • Refrigerated Items require an icepack and cannot be shipped out on a weekend. We ship refrigerated items only on Monday thru Thursday.
