NOW® Co-Enzyme B-Complex contains B Vitamins in their active or "Co-Enzyme" forms.
Take 2 capsules daily with food.
Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide.
