In conjunction with a nasal wash, it helps to nourish and moisturize the nasal passages.

Fill your Neti Pot™ with warm sterile water and dissolve 1/4 tsp. of Neti Salt™ or 1 packet of Neti Salt™ Plus. Add 1/2 dropper-full to solution. Shake well before use. Perform nasal wash as directed in your Neti Pot instructions.
