About BCM-95
Turmeric (Curcuma longa) has been used as a food and medicinal plant for centuries, and is perhaps best known as the spice that makes curry and mustard yellow. The most active component of turmeric is curcumin. Curcumin is especially notable for temporarily relieving pain and swelling, but it is not water soluble and not well absorbed on its own.
Suggested use
