We use USPS (United States Postal Service), and UPS to ship all domestic orders:
We ship anywhere in the continental United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and other US Territories. We also ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses and other military or overseas addresses. The carrier we use to ship your order will depend on the weight and the shipping destination. All orders will generally leave our warehouse the same day if your order is placed before 1:00 PM EST.
We use USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS, & DHL to ship all International orders
International shipments will be delivered by the courier of your choice. Applicable Duty/Tax may be due at Customs inspection and is the responsibility of the recipient.
We offer free shipping on all orders in the United States that are over $39.00 and weigh less than four pounds. Standard delivery times still apply. Limited time only.
Do you ship refrigerated products with Ice Packs?
Yes, we do ship refrigerated products with icepacks. However, Probiotics orders are shipped on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and only. This is to ensure it arrives in a timely manner and does not sit in a shipping facility over the weekend. Probiotic orders shipped with ice packs in an insulated carton. HiLife Vitamins will not be responsible for delays in shipping due to Shipping Carrier errors or accidents. Please understand this is something that is out of our control.
NOTE: We highly recommend Overnight shipping as couriers make it nearly impossible to ship orders while arriving cool at your door. If a product arrives warm just put it in the refrigerator as soon as it arrives.The ice packs usually last for the first 2 days so a product gets minimal exposure to warmer temperatures. Many probiotics have been tested and shown to withstand the extreme temperatures that they potentially may be exposed to during a normal shipping cycle, even without gel-ice packs or refrigeration. Many probiotic label claims are guaranteed through the date of expiration when the products are stored according to label instructions upon receipt of the product. Please note that the gel-ice packs absorb heat during shipping and they may be warm or hot upon arrival. This is normal.
