Suggested Use: 

Take 1 capsule twice daily, preferably with food.

For intensive use: Take 2 capsules twice daily.

Plant-derived capsule (hypromellose).

Gluten free. No sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, soy, dairy products, or artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.
