Adults swallow 1 softgel up to three times daily with water. Do not chew. 

Gelatin (softgel), glycerin, purified water, sodium alginate, ethylcellulose, mixed tocopherols (preservative to maintain freshness), medium chain triglycerides, oleic acid, sunflower oil, stearic acid, rosemary (leaf) extract (preservative to maintain freshness), ascorbyl palmitate (preservative to maintain freshness).
