The combination of PGX® and mulberry extract in these Ultra Matrix softgels helps lower the glycemic index of your meals, slow glucose absorption and promote healthy blood sugar levels already in normal range. The Ultra Matrix technology involves suspending PGX® in a rich coconut oil matrix, which allows PGX® to disperse quickly when it reaches stomach acid. PGX® softgels can be taken with or without food with a glass of water (8-16 oz or 1-2 cups) or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Week 1: 1 softgels 3 times daily.
Week 2: 2 softgels 3 times daily.
Week 3 and beyond: 3 softgels, 3-4 times daily.
