Jarrow Formulas® QH-absorb® + PQQ™ combines Ubiquinol, the active antioxidant form of Co-Q10 that has been shown to be better absorbed, with PQQ, to promote mitochondrial biogenesis (the creation of new mitochondria), providing dual antioxidant support for mitochondrial health, efficient cellular energy production, and healthy cardiovascular function.
Adults take 1 softgel 1-2 times a day witha meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
