A daily multivitamin needs to be convenient, complete and straightforward. As men, we have our own specific needs. This vegan formula is easy to use and offers plenty of essential vitamins. Take it once a day and forget it.

Take 4 capsules daily with 8 ounces of water or your favorite beverage. May be taken with or without food.  

Do not exceed recommended dose. Consult your physician prior to using this product if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery. Please use caution if you have allergies or sensitivities to any of the listed ingredients. 

Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
