A health and wellness coach partners with you to improve overall well-being—offering guidance, support, and accountability to help you set and achieve goals related to your physical, mental, and emotional health.

This can include nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, and other lifestyle practices. You’re unique; plans are customized, practical, and sustainable.

How can a health and wellness coach help me?

Your health should be a priority—but knowing where to start is hard. Whether you’re navigating a chronic condition, working toward weight loss, improving nutrition, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll build a plan and take action together.

We focus on sustainable behavior change and practical daily habits so you feel better and live more fully—at any starting point.

How We Work Together

3 Month Package

  • A commitment of three months, a total of 8 sessions.
  • For the first four weeks, we will meet weekly. For the second and third months, we will meet every two weeks.
  • The first session will be 75 minutes, and meetings after that will be 45 minutes.
  • Sessions will take place via Zoom or in person, depending on location.
  • Email support and resources will be available as needed.
  • Investment: $1200

  • A commitment of six months, a total of 14 sessions.
  • For the first four weeks, we will meet weekly. For the remaining five months, we will meet every two weeks.
  • The first session will be 75 minutes, and meetings after that will be 45 minutes.
  • Sessions will take place via Zoom or in person, depending on location.
  • Email support and resources will be available as needed.
  • Investment: $2100

How long will it take to achieve my goals?

Meaningful, lasting change typically takes at least three months. For larger hurdles—like significant weight change, anxiety support, or chronic conditions—six months or more creates space for new habits to stick.
