Source Naturals triple boron contains three forms of the trace mineral boron - citrate, aspartate, and glycinate. Preliminary studies suggest that boron is a factor in maintaining strong, healthy bones and joints. Preliminary research also suggests boron may support cognitive function in older people, prostate health, and the modulation of testosterone levels.

Suggested Use: 

1 capsule daily with a meal.

Other Ingredients: 

Microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin (capsule), and magnesium stearate.
