Calcium is needed for muscle contraction and magnesium for muscle relaxation. In addition, they are both components of skeletal tissue, and magnesium is necessary for calcium's absorption into the bones.
1 tablet 1 to 3 times daily with meals.
Sorbitol, modified cellulose gum, stearic acid, acacia gum, and silica.
Contains soy.
