Minimal & Essential® is a full-spectrum one- or two-a-day multi-vitamin/mineral formula that provides the minimum daily requirements of vitamins and some essential minerals. This formula contains a potent antioxidant complex including vitamins A, C, E and the mineral selenium. It contains a range of B vitamins, which are used in the metabolism of protein and fats, and maintenance of muscle tone in the gastrointestinal tract. B vitamins also support healthy nerve cells and maintain homocysteine levels that are already in the normal range.
Take 1 vegan capsule, 1-2 times daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Hypromellose, magnesium silicate, silica, ascorbyl palmitate, cellulose.
Free from gluten, dairy, peanut, tree nut, fish, shellfish, soy, sesame, egg, artificial flavors, colors, sweeteners, and unnecessary excipients.
