Forskohlii (Coleus forskohlii), a member of the mint family, grows on the sun-exposed, dry slopes of India and is used in traditional Ayurvedic practices. Forskolin is a compound found in Coleus forskohlii which has been the subject of several research studies since 1981. This product is guaranteed to contain 1% forskolin.
Directions
Use only as directed. Take one vegetarian capsule up to twice daily with a meal or glass of water.
