A well-tolerated, one capsule per day multivitamin with a B complex, minerals and antioxidants.
Multivitamin One MF provides a potent blend of vitamins and minerals for those sensitive to methyl donors.
As needed, take 1 capsule with breakfast or lunch. Use as directed by your healthcare professional. Capsules may be opened and nutrients taken separately by mixing with food or drink. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.
Vegetarian capsule (hypromellose and water), ascorbyl palmitate, microcrystalline cellulose.
Does not contain dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, sesame, gluten, GMO, artificial colors, or artificial flavors.
Keep closed in a cool, dry place out of reach of children. Consult with your healthcare professional prior to use. Do not use if inner tamper seal is damaged.
