• Bitter X® – Take 2 pumps. Hold in mouth for 30–90 seconds before swallowing. Take on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before meals.
• Membrane Mend® – Take 1 teaspoon twice daily by mouth. Hold in mouth 30–90 seconds before swallowing.
• Kidney Care – Take 1 teaspoon by mouth, hold for 30–90 seconds before swallowing.
• Liposomal Vitamin C – Take 1 teaspoon by mouth, hold 30–90 seconds before swallowing.
• Ultra Binder® Sensitive – Mix 1 rounded teaspoon into 8 oz of water once daily or as directed. Take 30 minutes before or 2 hours after meals or medications.

Important: Because Ultra Binder® contains activated charcoal and other binding agents, take it at least two hours before or after other supplements or prescription medications.
