Patient One Q-Folate provides folate as Quatrefolic® (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, an active form of folate. Each capsule supplies 1333 mcg DFE, equivalent to 800 mcg of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid.
Suggested Use:
Take 1 capsule with a meal as a dietary supplement or as directed by your health practitioner. Store in a cool, dry place.
