Our organic millet has a mild, slightly nutty flavor and a texture that can be soft or crunchy depending on how its cooked. 1 cup of NOW Real Food® Organic Millet 2 cups of water.
- Rinse organic millet thoroughly under cold running water.
- Combine millet and water into a pot.
- Bring to a boil then cover with tight fitting lid.
- Reduce heat to low and allow millet to simmer for 20 minutes or until grain are fluffy and water absorbs.
