Adults take 2 tablets daily with food. If desired, take 1 tablet twice daily with food. For more active support, take up to 2 tablets twice daily. Not formulated for children. Take only as directed. Do not exceed recommended dose.
Cellulose, sodium croscarmellose, stearic acid, modified food starch, magnesium stearate, modified corn starch, hypromellose, tocophersolan, phosphatidylcholine, glycerin, silica.
No wheat, dairy, gelatin, or artificial colors.

If you have a hormone-sensitive condition, gallstones, a bile duct obstruction, medical condition, or if you are taking any medications, consult a healthcare professional before use. A harmless but noticeable change in urine color may occur during usage of this product.
