Shake wellbefore each use. Adults take1 tablespoon(Tbsp) (1/2 fluidounce/15 mL) daily either directlyor mixed into water or juice. Donot exceed recommended dose. Tooptimize Iron absorption, take thisproduct at least 2 hours before orafter taking calcium or dairy products.
