The traditional Tibetan diet was high in meat, yak butter and alcohol with very few fruits and vegetables. Little wonder that it took a toll on their digestion. To deal with this, Tibetans developed a tradition of relying on herbs, such as Myrobalan, Elecampane, Rhubarb, and Ginger
- Myrobalan - Revered in India; used in Triphala, the Ayurvedic blend

Suggested Use
Use only as directed. Take 2 vegcaps twice a day.
Other Ingredients
Vegetable cellulose (capsule), sodium carbonate, calcium carbonate and magnesium stearate.

Contraindicated in intestinal obstructions, abdominal pain of unknown origin, or any inflammatory condition of the intestines (appendicitis, colitis, Crohn's disease, etc.); and in children less than 12 years of age; not for long term use.
