Metagenics OmegaGenics® Fish Oil EPA-DHA 300 mg is a concentrated omega-3 supplement formulated to support heart health. Each two-softgel serving provides 700 mg of total omega-3 fatty acids, including 360 mg of EPA and 240 mg of DHA in triglyceride form.
The formula uses marine lipid concentrate sourced from anchovy, sardine, and mackerel oils. Natural lemon and lime flavors help provide a more pleasant experience, while mixed tocopherols, rosemary extract, and ascorbyl palmitate are included as antioxidants.
Suggested Use:
Take 2 softgels up to two times daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
