Jarrow Formulas® Neuro Optimizer®, featuring Cognizin® Citicoline and Sharp-PS® Phosphatidylserine, supports brain and antioxidant function without the use of stimulants. 

Citicoline is an intermediate in the synthesis of phosphatidylcholine, a constituent of the gray matter of brain tissue. Citicoline supports brain metabolism by supporting the synthesis of the neurotransmitter, acetylcholine. 

Phosphatidylserine supports the brain's response to normal stress. 

Antioxidants Acetyl-L-Carnitine and Taurine help support the health of neurons. Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Pantothenic Acid and L-Glutamine support brain metabolism. And, Taurine aids in osmoregulation. 

Adults take 4 capsules once a day with juice or water between meals or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional. 

Capsule (bovine gelatin), soy lecithin, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
