Jarrow Formulas® MagMind®, featuring Magtein®, is a form of magnesium from Magnesium L-Threonate that readily crosses the blood-brain barrier and supports brain health, function, and memory in healthy adults.

Adults take three capsules a day: two capsules during the day and one capsule one hour before sleep, with or without a meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
Magnesium stearate (vegetable source), capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water). microcrystalline cellulose and silicon dioxide.
No wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, or peanuts/tree nuts or sesame.
