Adults take 2 tablets 2 times a day: 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening with meals or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
Microcrystalline cellulose, calcium phosphate, modified food starch, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropylcellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide and coating (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerin).
No wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts or sesame.
During use, advise your healthcare professional that you are taking biotin before any blood tests. Consult a healthcare professional before using this product if you are pregnant, nursing, under the age of 18, are taking medication or have a medical condition (especially if being treated for glucose control); if adverse reactions occur, discontinue use.
