Amen Iron Ultra is a potent iron supplement that provides 65mg of iron per serving, along with copper, folate, vitamin C, and vitamin B12 to help support your energy levels, overall vitality, and well-being
Take 1 capsule daily with 8 ounces of water or your favorite beverage. May be taken with or without food.
