Carlson Labs Sleep Ezzz™

Carlson Sleep Ezzz™ combines a balanced amount of melatonin with magnesium, L-theanine, GABA and soothing botanicals including chamomile, lemon balm and lavender. This nighttime formula is designed to support relaxation and a smooth transition into restful sleep.

Suggested Use: 

Take one capsule one to two hours before bedtime.

Other Ingredients: 

Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
