Each tablet contains 1,000 mg of vitamin C as a blend of five mineral ascorbates and ascorbic acid complexes. Vitamin C is an essential nutrient that functions as both a co-factor and antioxidant throughout the body. Vitamin C plays a vital role in collage formation, amino acid metabolism, hormone synthesis, and the body’s immune system.
2 tablets 1 to 2 times daily; for short term, high potency use, do not exceed 8 tablets daily.
