Discussion: KAL® Magnesium Taurate+ combines the mineral Magnesium with a free-form amino acid, Taurine. Magnesium Taurate+ provides nutritive support for bone health, cardiovascular health, muscles, relaxation, cellular energy, healthy teeth, and nerve function. Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (Vitamin B-6) may provide nutritive support for healthy red blood cell synthesis.
Suggested Use:
Take 2 tablets daily with a meal or glass of water. Use only as directed.
