Solgar Skin, Nails & Hair with Biotin is a comprehensive beauty support formula designed to nourish skin, strengthen nails, and promote healthy hair. It combines key vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and OptiMSM® methylsulfonylmethane with bamboo-derived silica to provide targeted nutritional support for connective tissues and overall beauty from within.
Each two-tablet serving delivers vitamin C to support normal collagen formation, biotin and zinc for healthy hair and skin, copper to help maintain normal connective tissues and hair pigmentation, plus L-proline and L-lysine—important amino acids involved in collagen structure. Suitable for vegans and formulated without gluten, dairy, soy, artificial flavors, sweeteners, or colors.
Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement for adults, take two (2) tablets daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
