Premier Research Labs Medi-Soak® Cleanse is a mineral-based bath salts formula featuring ocean-rich sea vegetation. It is designed for use as a cleansing soak for the feet or whole body.

The versatile formula may also be used to soak other body areas such as the hands and elbows.

Foot Bath: Place 1/2 cup of Medi-Soak® Cleanse and 8 cups of warm water in a plastic (nonmetallic) container wide enough to place your feet. Briefly swish the contents around in the water with your hand. Some of the mineral crystals will dissolve in the water but not all. Retaining some whole crystals in the bath helps create a beneficial cleansing effect. Soak feet for 10 to 20 minutes. Afterwards, discard bath water down the drain (do not re-use). Optional: after the bath, spend a few minutes outside to receive beneficial solar radiation.

Whole Body Bath: Add 2 cups of Medi-Soak® to your bath water. Briefly swish the contents around in the water with your hand. Soak in the bath for 10 to 20 minutes. Afterwards, drain bath water through tub drain. Optional: after the bath, spend a few minutes outside to receive beneficial solar radiation.

Other Body Areas: Use the foot bath procedure to cleanse other body areas, such as hands, elbows, etc.
