Patient One Sleep Care combines melatonin, L-theanine and a comprehensive blend of traditional calming botanicals to support relaxation and restful sleep. The formula features passion flower, valerian, Cyracos® lemon balm, hops and chamomile along with active vitamin B6.
Suggested Use:
Take 2 capsules 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime as a dietary supplement, or as directed by your health practitioner. Store in a cool, dry place.
