Omega-3 Phospholipids blends omega-3s from fish oil with phospholipids from herring caviar to provide uniquely bioavailable support for brain and heart health. This special formulation includes a marine lipid known as lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC), which scientific and preclinical research indicates can help EPA and DHA cross the blood-brain barrier for greater brain uptake and utilization.
