Take 1 softgel once or twice daily with a glass of water, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.

Canola oil, gelatin (softgel), glycerin, sorbitol, annatto extract color.

Contains soy.

Gluten free. No sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, corn, dairy products, artificial flavors or preservatives.

Do not use in children under 12 years of age, or if pregnant or nursing. If taking any medications, consult a healthcare professional before use. In clinical studies, burping with a mild lavender aroma has been reported in a small number of users.
