Jarrow Formulas® Q-absorb® provides Co-Q10 (Ubiquinone), an antioxidant that supports normal mitochondrial function-the power factories within our cells-in a proprietary proliposome lipid-soluble delivery system for better absorption. Co-Q10 helps promote mitochondrial health, cellular energy production, and healthy cardiovascular function.
Adults take 1 softgel 1-3 times a day with food or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
Soy lecithin, softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water, caramel [color] and carob), medium chain glycerides (modified coconut and palm oil) and mixed tocopherols (antioxidant).
