Suggested Use: Adults take 2 to 4 capsules daily on an empty stomach, or as recommended by a healthcare professional. For best results, take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules at mid-day.
Plant-derived capsule (hypromellose), ascorbyl palmitate, cellulose, silica.
