Codeage Liposomal Calcium AKG supplement combines calcium & alpha-ketoglutarate to help support absorption and promote bone health, muscles, energy production, and overall wellness. This calcium supplement also features a liposomal delivery for bioavailability.

Adults take 1 capsule twice a day, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner, with 8 ounces of water or your favorite beverage. May be taken with or without food.

Methylcellulose capsule, non-gmo sunflower oil (containing phosphatidylcholine; liposomal delivery matrix).
