Suggested Use:
Adults: take one soft gel daily at mealtime.
Other Ingredients:
Soft gel shell (beef gelatin, glycerin, water), safflower oil.
Contains fish (cod).
Warnings:
Do not take if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
