Biogena 7-Salt Magnesium - the clever way of magnesium. Seven magnesium compounds, perfectly balanced and combined - with a broad solubility spectrum. The solubility of each magnesium compound in this product changes in response to the naturally fluctuating pH conditions of the gastrointestinal tract. This provides a good magnesium supply. * Magnesium is involved in almost all metabolic processes in the cell. This mineral is particularly important for muscle function, nerves and the nervous system, for building normal teeth and bones as well as for the electrolyte balance within the body.*

Take1 capsule up to twice per day taken outside of meal times with plenty of liquid.

High doses of magnesium can lead to diarrhea. When taking higher amounts, it is recommended that these are distributed over the course of the day. Magnesium can disrupt the absorption of iron. An interval of 2–3 hours is recommended if an iron preparation is being taken concomitantly. If you are pregnant or nursing, or taking prescription medications, consult your healthcare provider before taking this product.
