Part 1: For the first three (3) days, take one (1) capsule in the morning. After three (3) days, take two (2) capsules in the morning.

Part 2: For the first three (3) days, take one (1) capsule in the evening. After three (3) days, take two (2) capsules in the evening.

This product contains cape aloe and rhubarb. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools or abdominal pain because cape aloe and rhubarb may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
