Solgar®  Vitamin C Crystals provide pure, Vitamin C in a convenient dosage form. Vitamin C is a water-soluble nutrient with revered antioxidant and immune supportive properties, In addition to helping to fight free-radicals, it also helps collagen (connective tissue) formation, which is important for healthy skin and joints.

Suggested Use: 

As a dietary supplement for adults, take one quarter (1/4) teaspoon daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. May be added to juice or sprinkled on food.
