Native to the Mediterranean, chaste tree (or Vitex), is a flowering tree whose fruit has been traditionally used for women's health support for centuries. Because we believe quality comes first, we get our berries from places near the Mediterranean, where the climate conditions are perfect.

Take 1 capsule two or three times daily for 8-12 weeks. Thereafter, take 1 capsule daily. Best results obtained with continuous use.
