- Dietary Supplement
CLA contains conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), a unique optical isomers of the polyunsaturated fatty acid linoleic acid. CLA is a lipid components of cell membranes and breast milk. Although dietary sources of CLA typically include red meats and dairy products, Jarrow Formulas CLA is derived from safflower oil. Two CLA 750 softgels offer the CLA equivalent of 38 slices of cheese. CLA has been shown in animal experiments to assist in glucose metabolism, body fat reduction and enhancement/retention of lean body mass (muscle).* Each 1000 mg softgel contains a minimum 75-82 % CLA (providing at least 750 mg CLA per softgel).
Take 3-4 softgels per day with meals, or as directed by your qualified health care consultant.
